Walking in the shoes of another is powerful thing to do. Trying to look at life through their point of view is a game changer.
It's an essential habit in any aspect of life. I think that's why the Golden Rule is so important because it takes into thought how others see the world. "Do to others as you would have done to you."
We aren't anywhere close to being as narcissistic as the Roman empire, but if we don't hold our own narcissism in check we can become as evil as they were.
I don't know about you, but I don't want my daughter or her children and grandchildren having to endure that kind of world.
It begins at home. It goes from there to the marketplace, school, church, government and all other organizations that require people to accomplish objectives, so let's start with ourselves.
