Sleep

In 2008 I found out I had sleep apnea. I went for a sleep study at Vandy, and they told me I was waking up 45 times a minute. I was never reaching REM (Rapid Eye Movement) level of sleep. It's the deepest form of sleep that restores the body to full functioning capacity. My neurologist prescribed a CPAP, and after I got to used to it I started getting a complete 8 hours of sleep a night. 

Sleep is vital. It makes you a better person, and it makes you able to concentrate on your work. It adds years to your life too.
